Chuckwagon Cafe™ has the luxury of immediate availability of microwavable foods and specialty drinks that aren't provided through standard commissary programs.  Also, your inmates can only purchase these items if they've earned them!

Your Swanson commissary team prepares for the visit to your inmates by first stocking your Chuckwagon Cafe™ and downloading the residents’ account information from your Cobra Banker® software onto the accompanying Sidekick™ mobile ordering kiosk.

Our Sidekick™ mobile kiosk streamlines transactions and keeps Chuckwagon Cafe™ associates aware of account balances and purchasing restrictions.The Sidekick keeps Chuckwagon Cafe™ associates aware of each inmate’s account balance and buying restrictions to ensure appropriate order processing. On-board microwave ovens allow inmates’ selections to be warmed up. Following the visit, transaction data is uploaded to Cobra Banker^®, your inmates’ accounts are charged, and your facility revenue grows!
