To ensure that your Swanson technology systems always operate optimally, we handle the installation, support and maintenance requirements for all Swanson Services Corporation®-provided hardware and software. We manage your support system with a deep understanding of Cobra Banker®, its peripheral components, JMS system integration, and all elements of your Swanson Services Corporation® technology package. No third-party resources are used in the direct support of our technology products, removing an otherwise critical threat to the security of your facility. Swanson’s technical staff will maintain and service your system hardware and software for the duration of our relationship with you.

24/7/365 Emergency Help Line

For technical assistance during normal business hours, you’ll simply call your Swanson Service Center to access our two-tier technical support team. For after-hour emergencies you’ll call the Swanson Technical Help Line, which is staffed by a trained Swanson employee technical professional twenty-four-hours-a-day, seven-days-aweek, all year long.
