The SwanScan™ process was developed over the years to provide the latest in Optical Mark Recognition(OMR) to the Corrections Industry and Commissary Ordering.

The process eliminates "Hand Keying" of commissary orders and frees up valuable time for the corrections staff.

In this process, the OMR menus are scanned and the data on the sheets collected.

During the scan process, basic features of the scanning catch mistakes made with the actual use of the menu.

The next step of the process is to run this data through the vigorous COBRA Banker ® software ordering process, where each facilities unique approach to commissary is matched against the data and orders processed.

The final step is a series of reports that are available after the process to review the information sent to the system prior to the orders actually being filled and delivered.
