"pulling doubles" while a trained and certified staff
member is "babysitting" resident workers in the laundry
room. On top of the 20 years of serving inmates in over
550 institutions across the country, Swanson's has 15
years experience in managing hundreds of inmate workers
in all classifications.
Experience
in dealing with normal employee relations, as well as
those specifically related to incarceration, has been
a significant achievement for our company. The introduction
of inmate incentive pay grades tied to productivity
and behavior modification are the benchmark of our success.
Swanson utilizes the exact same incentive benefits for
all levels of our own staff with considerable success.

this service has been a complementary addition to other services

officers, currently charged with these duties, to the more important
